Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can anyone tell me how to file a formal complaint against HP?  I paid over $200 for a docking station 5 months ago.  It stopped working and generating power.  I go online and it says it is out of warranty.  Huh?  Where's the one year?  I called them, got transferred around a few times and got hung up on by Sam in customer service.  I have the actual receipt and am going through a very tough time getting any service.  Help!
