Hi,

we got a new HP EliteBook Ultra G1q this week. I setup the administrator password which we  use same for the entire fleet/laptop in our organization. After saving the change when I tried to enter BIOS setup, it asks for the administrator password but it keeps on saying Invalid. any suggestion on reseting the password?

I have set the BIOS for another HP model as well and it works fine on it but not in this elitebook.

 

Appreciate your help regarding this.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
