Product: HP ZBook 17 G5
Hi all,
after a Bios Update we get stuck after booting by a screen with the message:
"BIOS signature verification failed Please download the file again to update system BIOS"
We downloaded the BIOS from the HP Website and started the EXE. It failed too and we used the option to boot from a USB stick. First everything looks good, but now we are stuck on 100% for 30 minutes. The message tells us to not reboot, what can we do now? The tool is trying to update the USB-C Controller Firmware version from 7.11.0 to version 7.11.0. Yeah...
The System is an "HP ZBook 17 G5", the old Bios Version was 01.20.00, the new is 01.22.00.
Allbest,
Mario
