Product: 450 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have reinstalled Windows 10 1903 and ran all hardware test. Nothing found.

The Taskbar Icon shows 78 % Plugged In

I normally run on AC power. Last night I left it plugged in and this morning it went from 73% to 78%.

Last time I tested it, the battery was charging with around 85%.

Is there a way to "reset" the battery ?

Any ideas ?

HP Recommended

Ran the other tests and got this error   

M09XJW-8HQ9QL-MFPUQ1-C0BB13 which is a battery failure.
