You are charging me for ink and never shipping it. You overseas contact center is filled with incompetent reps. I have been on the phone trying to each a US supervisor for over an hour. Either stop charging me for ink or send me the two cartridges you owe me!!

Hi @malamute95,
Welcome to the HP support community.
We’re very sorry for the frustration you've experienced, especially regarding billing and cartridge delivery. Let us clarify how the HP Instant Ink program works:
- Instant Ink is a subscription-based service where your printer automatically orders ink before you run out, based on pages printed, not ink levels.
- The ink is shipped by HP before it’s needed, so it arrives in time — as long as the printer is online and connected to HP.
- You are billed monthly, based on the page plan you selected, not how much ink is shipped or used.
If your ink cartridges are low and if you are looking for ink, please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
Here is the link to find the product number: - Click here
To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile and send a private message to me with the serial number, because we value your privacy.
