I have the HP Spectre x360 that I bought almost a year ago for school use. So far I've been using it for school work only and have no encounter no problem at all. The other day, I did the 'shut down and install updates' option and I could not turn on my laptop ever since. I encountered a blue screen with unmountable_boot_volume error screen (as seen in the pic attached).
I have tried several repairs steps to no use:
1. I've tried the symptoms, system, and component tests all which finished as passed with no error code
2. I've tried the system recovery option but unfortunately there's no restore point saved in my account
3. I'm unable to uninstall the latest feature updates. It showed an error message and refer me to reset my pc instead
4. I've tried to reset my pc but another error message appeared: unable to rest pc, no changes were made.
Please advice on what I need to do. Thanks
