Microsoft Windows 11

I recently upgraded my HP EliteBook 840 G1 Notebook laptop from windows 10 to 11. However, I can not connect to other devices using bluetooth. When I checked in the driver services, I can not find bluetooth driver. I tried to download the driver, I ca not find one compatible with my device. If you have experienced such issues and have identified a solution, please let me know. Thank you.

OK, so install the Dell Bluetooth driver I posted and the BT should work again.

If you look at the file, the release notes indicate it provides driver support for the Intel Dual Band Wireless-N 7260 Bluetooth adapter along with many others.

I'm surprised that you didn't already install it.

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

If it is the Intel 7260, you can use the Bluetooth driver from Dell, as neither Intel nor HP have the W10 driver anymore.
