HP EliteBook 745 G6 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I am using HP EliteBook 745 G6 in business Corporate work,

I am using few Bluetooth devices : Keyboard, mouse, headphone.

All was working good almost 1 year, but looks that after some Windows update 3 months ago I realized that

Bluetooth stopped working   after few hours of work in  W10. So then I must connect my wired devices or reboot.

It is repeating every day after few hours of work ( 2-5 hours)

Any idea ?

From Event log I have just this info kernel error

TxR init phase for hive \SystemRoot\System32\AppLocker\AppCache.dat (TM: {8262030b-3fbb-11ed-a5e8-d83bbf69c9e4}, RM: {8262030a-3fbb-11ed-a5e8-d83bbf69c9e4}) finished with result=0xC0000022 (Internal code=7).

Hi, thanks for advice.

I tried this new driver 22.160.0.4.

Unfortunately issue not solved. BT is still failing.

However I recognized this weird difference in driver version in Device manager.

After installation I see there still the same old Intel version 22.140,

however when I tried to reinstall again this Intel driver : the installation program shows that there is already installed new version 22.160.

So I am confused now, if driver was updated or not.

Device Manager check shows old version: 22.140

Driver Installation shows newer ver. 22.160
