Everything has been updated

I mean recommend me one what to diagnostics

And if diagnostics not work, I not sure it may cause that the BIOS did not detect the OEM.

Ok, I not sure what the issue is, but I think this is the issue.

This may cause the boot screen issue because I'm enter the WinRE and I select the Command Prompt and this happen. The Notebook still boot and working fine.
