Product: Elitebook folio.. 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is not booting. The charging light blinks without charger plugged in and the power indicator is constantly on.

I AM NOT HP TECHNICIAN OR SUPPORT AGENT. I AM JUST AN OLD HP CUSTOMER. AND A TECH ENTHUSIAST WHATEVER SOLUTIONS I SUGGEST YOU ARE DOING IT ON YOUR OWN RISK. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF FAILURE. IF YOU RAN INTO IT.

 

Hi, 

  • Charge laptop for 2 hrs then try to start
  • if it dosent work then... remove the battery if removable press and hold the power button for 20seconds plug the battery charger try to turn on 
  • if it still not working then pls observer the following indicators :: power light and hardisk activity light, caps lock.. and let me know the status..
