Hi, My hotkey like the brightness up and down key not working, and every time I see this message when I try this.

Please assist anyone. My laptop model is HP 840 G5

Thanks, brother, my keys are now working well after restarting the computer.

However, have you any ideas how I know, the country of origin of my laptop using the serial keys/device id/product id or something?
