Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know there have been posts about this issue before. The reason why i'm asking for help again is that even though i've tried everything that i've seen on the hp forum and other forums, i still can not solve the brightness key problem.

 

Things i've tried so far are ;

 

1- I've installed the HP Hotkey Support.

2- I've updated my graphics card driver.

3- I've restarted the Human Interface Device.

4- I've downloaded the collaboration keyboard software.

5- I've updated all the other related and non-related drivers.

6- I've even tried to install a different version of my OS

See if installing this app from the Microsoft store works for you.

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.

I've downloaded the program you mentioned, but the fields look empty and i don't see any information next to them.

I guess you can uninstall it since it didn't do anything.

 

Is this the version of the Hotkey support software you installed?
