Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought an HP Envy x360 in July 2022 and a few weeks ago the right hinge broke. I was just trying to open my laptop!

My warranty expired in an year but considering the laptop is practically new, I was expecting HP customer service would make an exception and suggest a solution since the repair cost estimate I got from the local retailer is $330. 

But they just told me nothing could be done about it. 

 

Who else can I reach out to regarding this? I want to escalate this to the right HP official!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
