HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2D126AV)

My device is Hp laptop PC 14-d2000(2D126AV). It had asked for calibration last month, which I did. Again it is asking for calibration. What is the issue?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing issues with your battery calibration.

It is normal that the battery may not be calibrated because it is an accessory fitted to the unit.

 

Please calibrate the battery by following steps under this video link.
