ProBook 6560b
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an old ProBook 6560b.
I'd like to extend its life by upgrading processor and RAM.
Can I do this without access to the BIOS?

I see in service manual the following:

I was very disappointed in HP and their support.
I am 100% sure that I remember the BIOS password, but after reinstalling OS my password does not work!
Moreover, my two fingerprints are already registered!
I can’t register them again and cannot clear data! 😞

I don't know if this will help or not, but seems to be a similar problem,  hope it works:
