1. Search the internet for "HP Drivers" for the appropriate page for your location. For exaample:
Australia is this link: https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers
USA is this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
2. Then choose your product (example Laptop)
3. Then type in your serial number or your product
4. In Australia, I get this page: https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-elitebook-850-g3-notebook-pc/7815299
5. Then scroll down to find "Software Solutions"
6. For my specific laptop, I choose: HP 3005pr USB 3.0 Port Replicator Driver

Hi Nahlous,
Thank you for the response! Prior reading your response, I installed the HP Support Assistant to check what are the drivers to be updated. I downloaded and successfully installed all the recommended drivers by the HP Support Assistant except the Realtek USB and PCIe Media Card Reader Drivers.
When I received your response, I followed the instruction but had this prompt "A previous uninstall of HP Port Replicator Software is not yet complete. Please reboot your computer and run this installer again to installation". I repeated the process several time until I gave up and went to ASUS store and have my ZBook tested for the 3rd time.
Fortunately, It was successful and the sales persons asked me how did I do it. I told them I downloaded the HP Support Assistant and installed the recommended drivers. I then told the sales person that I will buy 1 unit. 🙂
