Product: HP ZBook 15 G3 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Zbook g3, 

cpu : Intel Xeon E3 1545 v5 

ram : 16 ddr4 

ssd : 512 gb 

vga : Nvidia quadro m2000m 4 gb 

can I use it for gaming , and does it bad if I play a game take 100% usages of GPU or CPU.

You can use any machine for games. The question is which game(s). Normally zBook machines are good for work not really good for HEAVY games.
