Hello,
after the last upgrades in the HP website I have noticed it is impossible to create a new case in the Create a new case in the Bussiness support menu item because of I-m asked to register a new account even if I'm already registered!
With the same account it is still possible to log in to this forum and all other HP setvices but the one I mentioned.
This is the URL I'm getting the issue: https://mycrm.support.hp.com/en-US/Account/Login/ExternalLoginCallback?ReturnUrl=%2Fen-US%2Fcontract...
How to submit a new case ?
Giuseppe
