Just received my new Spectre, and it was a very poor experience. There is no power supply. Since when are notebook computers purchased without a power supply. They are pretty useless without a power supply. Am I to belileve after spending over $2500 on this awesome machine I don't get it with a power supply? That is crazy stupid.
Also, there is no HP Active Sylues Pen (natural silver).
I suppose you are going to tell me I have to buy a power supply. Sigh... Again, not a good first impression here.
I need to get the stylus as well, maybe you can send me a power supply instead of a styles!

OK, this is really embarrassing.... it was not missing.
On the plus side, HP support was awesome and put in an order for a new pen and power supply immediately. After which I had to call back and tell them to cancel that order.
Sorry to waste folks' time.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
