DOA - REVERSE PICKUP AND REPLACEMENT

Post purchase i found that processor cooling FAN making too much noise so i raise the issue the customer care within 5 days of purchase, team create case and agent visited at my place to identify the issue. He found the issue and placed DOA to return and replace the new machine. 

post that till date now there are 8 days but still reverse pickup and replacement is not happen. I continuously talking to support center they are just escalating issue but no one looking into it. 

Looks like just formality they are doing to log the issue.

Now i think I will never get the replacement . Worst experience i have faced in my life.
