I have a ZBook 17 G6 and was unsure how to open the disk tray. There does appear to be a tray and I see the settings but there isnt an option to open or a button. Does this model not come with one and just wanted to appear so? im so confused...

If your G6 came with a DVD drive there will be a button on the tray and you will see the drive in Windows - you can right click to eject the tray. However if it does not have a drive there is still a dummy tray that will have no button. You can order a kit from HP to install any DVD/Blu Ray drive yourself for the G5/6.
