HP EliteBook x360 830 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Testing the Elitebook x360 830 G5 with HP Universal dock. We use MS Bitlocker with a PIN so user has to enter the PIN to start windows. This unit has power button on the side so you should be able to keep the lid closed and, plug in the usb-c cable and power on. Although the external keyboard from the dock responds fine the monitors are not displaying the bitlocker pin. Open the lid and enter pin and it starts fine displaying on the monitors , but want to leave the lid closed. Have read articles about enabling/disabling Fastboot in bios that seems to work on the 612 tablet but not here

any advice?

No, you have to use laptop screen to enter Bitlocker password (PIN).
