Product: HP Zbook 15v
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi:

I just purchased a HP ZBook 15v G5 Mobile Workstation and a HP USB-C Dock G5, but the docking station is not charging the laptop. I was under the impression that these were compatible. Can you please help with why the laptop is not charging?

Is it an HP ZBook 15v G5 ? It is not on the compatibility list

Thank you for the quick reply. Looks like I mixed up the 15u with the 15v. Can you point me to a docking station that will power my 15v G5?
