Product: HP ZBook Fury 17.3 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (46Q01AV)

A problem I have been living with but that is now becoming annoying/"dangerous": Randomly, using the down arrow when scrolling down my Outlook 365 inboxes will delete a message. The deleted message goes into my deleted items. Not a problem (!) if I notice, but when it happens without my noticing (as I realized this evening with an important email), it can be annoying or even dangerous. Any potential fix for this?
