Hi, the Notebooks are:
HP Probook 445 G8 and HP Probook 455 G8
The product ID is 3S8M1EA#ABB for HP Probook 455 G8.
For 445 now I don't have one to check the product ID but the most issues are with HP Probook 445 G8.
The issues are a lot and every time different and in different laptops from the same series 445 G8.
For example, we had issues with microphones.
With network connections through ethernet port on Docking station, for example shared folders are not available but the connection is okay.
It happens when the uptime of the laptop is more than a few days. The workaround is to disconnect and rotate the usb C cable on 180 degrees or reboot the laptop.
Also we had issues with DELL monitors with display port directly connected to Docking stations with the latest firmware of the docking station.
Dell monitors stop to work and the workaround is was to downgrade the firmware of the docking station.
I can't find any logical reason to explain why these issues are happens.

Hi,
Thank you.
Everything is updated.
I didn't install only the Optimizer, I don't think it will fix the issue.
I think the issue is between Notebooks and Docking G5.
The notebooks are new and they are not included in official pdf of Docking G5.
But officially in download page of notebooks drivers for Docking G5 are presented.
For 3 months I did see two Bios versions released.
I think HP work on these notebooks to improve their stability.
But officially I didn't find any information.
I checked also Displaylink, from Display link confirmed that Displaylink is not used and for this reason it's not the issue.
Best Regards.
