Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Fn key appears to have a dot on the right half where I would think there is an LED light.  I've never seen it turn on, should it?

It enables the Fn lock. holdd Fn then left shift will light it up and the Fn keys will work like f1-f12 and do the same to turn it off so the hot keys work instead.
