Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have currently been using HP's Softpaq Download manager.  I was told by one of the HP techsnot to use the pac on the HP webite.  But go t google an search for Softpaq download manager.  I didthat and t was working great for us.  But this past week it is no longer working correctly.  I geta message that aplication could not access the HP FTP site.  This is the same message I was getting with the old package.  Please assist.  We have a lot of machnes to deploy.

Yes thank you I had the latest version.  I was told to do a google search.  But tried it this morning and now it's working.  Thank you for your assistance
