Hello,
I try to keep it simple.
I use my Laptop with standalone charger (19.5V and 65 to 90W) and with Ultraslim Dockingstation 2013 and delivered charger. Unfortunately I realised the charging issue too late. So the battery is drained down to about 5 %.
First Windows 10 said its charging...but it wasnt. The battery light was Orange / Orange blinking. I tested it with different chargers (19.5V and 65 to 90W).
Since today, there is no response of the battery light at All (off).
Is it a battery problem and is it possible to Start the Laptop with unplugged battery? I already tried it, but no power on. If possible it could be another charging problem then battery.
Thanks in advance and kind regards.

Hello
if you removed the bottom cover and removed the battery , then you connect the HP Power Supply , either 65W or 90W, the notebook MUST power on.
if it doesn't , I can say stupind things:
try with another power outlet
did you used the same power cord from Power Outlet to Power Supply or two different cables ?
finally , call HP post-sales support , probably your notebook has an issue with power input.
I can't see other reasons.
Bye
