- Hi, I use hp mt46 mobile thin client laptop, with the serial no (>Do not include the product serial number or any private information<) Windows 11 pro but I can't make use of the camera and fingerprint sensor. Anytime I make video with the camera, it displays video error with a code.. pls help me out cos this is limiting my productivity on life sessions . Pls how can I solve the problem asap
