Hello all, my notebook came with a fingerprint sensor that seems not to be working at all, someone told me that the fingerprint sensor is "dummy", please someone help me out.

Finger Print is an option. Did you add this option when buying it ?  From the list of parts for your machine, I can't find the Finger Print option

• Fingerprint reader board part # L28662-001
• Fingerprint reader bracket part # L28674-001 (Bracket Kit)
