I'm an employee at office depot and I've had this computer in previously for an OS install 2 months ago customer brought it back won't boot past windows logo and I just need to factory reset it any ideas on how I can go about this?

You can just reinstall Windows 10 via the standard means. For details, please check the attached PDF file below.
After you reinstall Windows, download/install HP Image Assistant >> https://support.hp.com/lt-en/document/c05820785
Run it to download and install all drivers, recommended BIOS update, software, HP ESU, etc
HP Cloud Recovery exists for reinstalling to factory default condition but it does not support this Zbook model (which is somewhat old model). Your nest option is clean vanilla WIndows installation.
