Doesn’t Matter

I sent in my laptop to HP a month ago and i continue to get delays on its repair. It was supposed to be repaired last week, then it was supposed to be done a week from now, now I’m told it’s going to be done in 2 weeks. I’m frustrated that i have no one to contact about these issues. I have school and i need a laptop to get my work done. HP is zero help and I absolutely can’t stand them. They can’t figure out how to get a simple order right in a reasonable time

What happened with this? I sent my laptop back on 10/31. Three delays. The last delay listed has far passed with no more updates. Everyone I speak to says they are escalating it and I will get a follow up. I get nothing. It’s been 5 weeks, after an estimated 5-7 initial turn around time. It’s my work computer. It has caused me a ton of major problems to be without it for over 5 weeks. I’m very concerned they will never respond to me again and it will be gone. Then I need a lawyer I guess. I’ve posted multiple questions on community with no responses from any employee.

I used the better business bureau complaint system. I actually got a response from HP and I felt like I got my laptop a bit quicker. If that doesn't work, a lawyer could work (though it may be a long shot)
