Hello guys, I have an Hp probook 6560b windows 10 (64bit) and it has a finger print sensor.. But when I installed simple pass inorder to be able to make use of it.. It always display finger scanner not installed... I tried other means like checking the device manager and updating it but it keeps on popping up that the driver is up to date.. Tried downloading and following tutorials, same thing keeps happening .. Am fed up plss.. I need an urgent reply

This is the software that superceded the HP Protect tools software which your notebook used to enroll your fingerprint under W8.1 and earlier versions of Windows.
HP Client Security Manager provides enhanced Windows login and website single-sign-on capabilities. Security Manager is also the host for HP Client Security plugins, and therefore should be installed before other Client Security modules. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.

I downloaded the installer from this link
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58900.exe
And installed it but the HP client security still do brings on your fingerprint is not enrolled yet.. I even downloaded more drivers like the sp48509.exe , sp 58507.exe and others.. Still the same...

Have downloaded from the two links yet no improvement.. Once it loads finish, it won't bring any pop up out anymore... Will I see a sensor for Windows 7 cus am thinking about downgrading from
