Hi Everyone,
I have brought Hp Elitebook 840 G5 a few days ago, I'm using windows 11 latest version. Now i want to configure my fingerprint scanner with windows, Hello but i found "This Option Is Unavailable". I have updated the drivers, and bios and i have tried all possible solutions that i can. I have also contacted hp support they said it's bios issues, after updating bios i have still found the same error that i was getting before. I have attached some SS with this Thread Please look into it and tell me the possible solution if any user fixes the same issue that i have faced.

Hello @mohammad-adnan1
Well the option is not shown in bios.
However, it should be turned on always.
