Product: HP Elitebook 820 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i had this problem long before HP change over...for HP Elitebook 820 G2

 

Went click > Download options > Get drivers,software & firmware...i get this error page

when i click (Check warranty status) and enter serial#  it go to the page in question...Download options > Get drivers,software & firmware, then the that button "Get drivers,software & firmware" is useless
