hi.. can we upgrade RAM for this model as it is comes with only DDR4-4GB RAM ? If so, what would be the maximum size?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, HP only has the old service manual on your notebook's support page.

 

HP 14s-cr3000 Laptop PC series Manuals | HP® Customer Support

 

According to the old manual, you can install up to 2 x 8 GB of memory in your PC.

 

So I would have to assume that you can install at least 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2666 MHz memory in your model too.

 

Don't buy any slower memory than DDR4-2666.
