Sorry that didn't work either.

I'm afraid that I will have to give up, because I don't know what else to do.

Just to check.
What is correct sequence to install fresh HP?

1. OS
2. all SP files automatically?
3. some AMD drivers separately?

If it were me, this is what I would be doing.

1.  Clean install W11.

2. Connect to the network, run Windows Update, let W11 automatically do updates and check the advanced options in the Windows Update menu and let it install any pending drivers and software.

3. Then I would restart the PC.

4. I would go to the AMD website and install the W11 chipset drivers for the Athlon and Ryzen processors from the link below and restart the PC.

5. Install the HP AMD graphics driver from the 255 G10 support page and restart the PC.

6. Install the HP AMD audio driver from the 255 G10 support page and restart the PC.

7. Install the touchpad driver and fingerprint driver if your notebook has a fingerprint reader.

8. Cross my fingers and hope everything works as it should.

Hi @AndyURW

Try the following before reinstalling Windows 1|1

go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.
