Consult with the local HP Authorized Parts reseller for your country and check for the part availability.

 

I would recommend you visit HP PartSurfer >> https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/

Enter your PC's serial number (S/N) and you will see all HP part numbers applicable for your concrete model. Not sure if 740004-421 is a valid part number, so check in the PartSurfer website.
