HP Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had to replace the hard drive in my HP Notebook laptop, I downloaded the HP Cloud recovery tool to get the operating system and drivers on another spare PC I have.

I plugged in a 64 GB USB drive which Windows10 sees, but the Cloud Recovery tool does not see, I've tried plugging in other USB drives but still the Cloud Recovery tool will not see it, any ideas how I can resolve this.

I suggest you contact HP Support and an Engineer should be able to remote into your Notebook else you can also order the Recovery media

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
