Hi,

I tried to prepare a Windows 11 23H2 recovery disk using HP Cloud Recovery Tool, I received an error - image extraction failed - any suggestions?

Since your laptop is a business laptop, you need to use HP Cloud Recovery Client. See this link for how to use it.

Hi, I did as you said, it seems to me that HP missed the new Windows11 23H2 release, and that is a real problem.
