Hello,

 

I've bought HP 935 Creator Wireless Mouse and faced two problems:


1. HP Accessory Center does not detect the mouse even when it is connected (so it's working but you can't change button mapping etc) on MacOS (it works fine on Windows) and it seems to be a common problem as you can see in Apple apps comment section: https://apps.apple.com/au/app/hp-accessory-center/id1476758529?mt=12

 

2. Adding the product on HP website is not possible (it says all the time "Please enter a valid serial number")  and it seems to be an old common problem: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/HP-Wireless-Mouse-Z3700-Serial-...

Is HP going to do something with those problems?
