Product: HP EliteBook 840 G8 Notebook PC IDS Base Model

Hello, i have problem with one Notebook.

In the middle of work the notebook suddenly shuts down or reset (sometimes), that is happening with different SSD-s so the problem is not OS.

On Notebook we replaced first motherboard, than after a while we replaced RAM memory module because in the UEFI diagnostic we got failure ID for RAM.

We are dessperate and dont know what to do.

All parts are replaced with orginal spare parts in partner service, thank you!
