HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-da0000 (903S6AV)

Hey there,

I recently bought the 2024 HP Envy 17.3 Laptop with 32GB RAM, RTX 3050 (4GB), Intel Ultra 7 155U, 2TB SSD, Touch Display, and running Windows 11 Pro. The first few days, everything did run okay, if I remember, but recently, for a month, I've been getting constant BSOD each day. While looking in the Event Logs, I see some kernel failures for the unexpected shutdown, possibly some hardware or software issue. I tried updating Windows and Drivers, but I still get crashes. I noticed that when I lock my Laptop "WIN + L" and leave it overnight, the next morning the Laptop is still running but a black screen, meaning I can't do anything expect to long hold the power button and force shutdown. This happens usually each day. This should not happen with this device and I'm not sure what to do exactly.

Performing a clean install it is the way to go. Did it come with Windows 11 Pro or you upgrade it ? If it came with Windows 11 Pro you can reset it using Cloud Recovery tools

Otherwise please use  Media Creation tool from

Hello,

It came with Windows 11 Pro, but I bought the Laptop One Month ago, so I'm not sure why I should reset it; it's HP's fault.

The thing I'm worried about is if I reset my Laptop or clean install Windows 11 again the issue will occur again, and then I need to setup everything from the beginning, which I'm not a fan of. What should I do?
