HP G5 Docking Station dual monitor not working with Mac Mini M1

Basically, I own an expensive G5 docking station that allows me to enjoy dual external monitor (+ built in = 3 monitors) on my HP Elitebook

Unfortunately, it is not working when plugged to my M1 Mac Mini, both monitors are displaying same image, but no way to extend the monitor, only one is detected.

In the thread from the above link, they suggest to use a G2 dock instead. Could you please confirm this will work? Buying the G5 was already a cost and I don't want to waste money anymore.

Maybe there is something I could do on the Mac side to make the G5 work? Thanks a lot

I tested the HP USB-C G5 dock on few machines (Dell, HP), they all worked with 3 external monitors, I know for sure the dock is NOT compatible with Apple machines. The list of compatible machines is
