HP Probook 650 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I often use HP Image Assistant (HPIA) to check for drivers on computers right after they are imaged. Today I tried use it on a HP ProBook 650 G5 and HPIA claimed it was no longer supported when it had v1909 Win 10 on it. I checked the compatibility list  for the latest version of HPIA just in case, and the list said this setup was currently supported. I'm guessing it a bug of some kind, so I thought I'd ask if anyone else is having this issue.

I've reported this issue (this morning).  Several series are impacted.

When the support list is fixed by HP, the HPIA software will start working again.

No, I don't know how long it will take - those of us who are impacted have to wait.

Yes, I know.  Answered and no one is happy.  😑

If you wish to do so, check and update your Drivers manually.
