I need your help, please open ticket with HP because the Laptop has automatically restarted multiple times and working very slow.

 

We have tried reinstalled operating system & latest BIOS drivers on the Laptop, but the issue has not fixed.

This forum is mainly volunteers, so if your PC is in warranty you need to contact Tech Support, (look for a link on the support page for your PC on HP.com).

 

I would recommend running the Hard Drive Diagnostic first since you might be having a failure, if you get an error code write it down.

 

If you have not backed up your Data now would be a good time.
