We purchased 7 HP ProBook 450 G9 laptops with Windows 11. They all came with Hp USB-C 45W Chargers (L42206-002). Five of the laptops will charge with the included chargers, two won't. I've tried all seven chargers on those two, and none of them work, although all 7 work on the other five laptops.
I contacted HP support and they had me run some tests, but had no solution. They did send me one barrel-type charger, which charges all 7 laptops. This would suggest the batteries are good in all seven. All have the latest BIOS and driver updates, both from HP and from Microsoft.
Suggestions for the two laptops that won't charge with USB-C? I am now concerned that in the future more of them will stop charging with USB-C.

Please contact them again and ask to swap for new machines.
Regards.
