HP Recommended
Product: HP Probook 640 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I got an optional driver updates with the following updates
1) Synaptics Incorporated - Biometric - 5.5.28.1099
2)HP Inc. - Firmware-1.20.0.0
3)Intel- net-22.110.1.1
Upon installing the updates, I did an update and restart on my HP Probook 640 G5 system and it got stucked with the "Protected by HP sure Start" page. Please help diagnose with the faulty updates so I can avoid it when I encounter it again.
