Hi!
I bought an HP Spectre 13 two years ago, and its motherboard failed 😕
As my computer is no longer under warranty, they gave me some contacts to fix it, but there is no replacement for this motherboard on the market.
I used my computer to work, and it seems that this means nothing for the HP support team from Latam. I have called them a dozen times, and they have not even provided me with an alternative solution.
I have no computer, and there is no possibility of fixing it. So, Does somebody know what more can I do??? (besides buying a new laptop)
I also tried to fix the computer with technical service. They replaced a few motherboard things, but they could not make it work for longer than an hour.
