I bought HP Spectre x360 14 yesterday. I opened it today to setup and I have two questions regarding it:
1. While checking my warranty, it shows start date a month earlier than the actual start date, i.e. yesterday (since I bought it yesterday)
2. Also, the fan started sounding too loud and the laptop got heated up.
Given the fact, it is new laptop and I had loved the features of the laptop before buying, I am kind of disappointed and not sure what to do.
Any help much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi@kinjals Welcome to the HP Support Community!Firstly apologies for all the inconvenience.
For the warranty dispute, I would request you to follow the link to register your HP product
Link https://register.hp.com/americas/flowPage/registration/index.do?execution=e2s1&cc=US&lang=en
First, let's start with performing a hard reset on the PC to release any excessive static/power that could have caused the issue.
Turn off the computer.
Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.
Press and hold down the Power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors that protect the memory.
Press the Power button to turn on the computer.
If a startup menu opens, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally, and then press the Enter key.
Second, you can check if there is a Bios update available for your PC, here is the link to download.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
Have a great day!

Hi @kinjals,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
